Hi, I'm Krystal. I established Little Loves Luxury Day Care in January 2020 after deciding to take a completely different path in my career. Before Little Loves, I worked as a criminal and regulatory defence barrister in Central London for almost 13 years. Whilst I loved my work, I realised my work life balance was completely out of sync with the life I wanted for myself and my family. I am married to Nikos and together we have two wonderful children, Olivia and Alex.

Becoming a parent gave me a completely different perspective on childcare and made me realise just how important it is for families to have access to exceptional, trustworthy and nurturing care. Setting up Little Loves was a labour of love and took around a year to bring to life. During that time, I completed the necessary qualifications, registered with Ofsted, secured planning permission, transformed the ground floor of our family home and built the amazing team that helps make Little Loves what it is today.

Since opening our doors, I have never once looked back. I genuinely believe Little Loves was my true calling. Watching the children grow, supporting families and building a team that shares my values has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
